Master carpenter, wood technician, project manager, with us since 2021
- a) The contact with customers, but also the proximity to production in the workshop that I have as a project manager. Every project is individual and I am always happy to be able to follow and accompany the development process from the client’s enquiry to the finished installation
- b) The never-ending bureaucratic paperwork surrounding the projects
- c) Exciting and varied projects and a great team that never gets boring.

- a) What is my job here? Sometimes I feel a bit superfluous here… But it’s cool to play fetch at lunchtime. I always find someone there. And there’s also a lot of scratching sessions. I sometimes sit on Beate’s lap too

- a) Getting into a flow while working, seeing when an idea becomes reality, feeling the haptics of wood, putting things together, different design ideas.
- b) What could I do without? Sick employees on Monday, traffic jams, wood rotting in damp conditions, decorative chipboard
- c) We support each other, we are very well equipped, things are getting better and better because we are constantly developing, harmony at work.
